Here’s how to do this:
Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns and download the Autoruns and Autorunsc program.
Right-click the Autoruns.zip file, select “Extract All…”, and select “Extract”.
Right click the “Autoruns64.exe” file and select “Run as administrator” and wait for the scan to complete.
Search for “vbs” in the search bar.
Right-click and delete all entries that are highlighted in red and close the program once you’re done.
Search for “cmd” using the Windows search bar, right-click, and select “Run as administrator”.
