Doha, Qatar – 27 October 2025: IDAM by Alain Ducasse (IDAM) has concluded a two-day collaboration with Guillaume Galliot, Executive Chef at the three-MICHELIN-starred Caprice in Hong Kong. Galliot joined forces with IDAM’s Executive Chef, Fabrice Rosso, to present a menu of French haute cuisine with South Asian influences.
In partnership with Qatar Tourism, the collaboration celebrated the highest level of gastronomic mastery and creativity.
