New York, September 23 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani said that Syria has entered a new phase since late last year, one that he hopes will mark the beginning of a path toward fulfilling the Syrian people’s aspirations for stability, development, and the rule of law, after closing a dark chapter in the country’s history.
