New dishes feature fresh seasonal ingredients and classic Greek flavors

GAIA invites guests to experience their new culinary specials. GAIA’s version of Kounoupidi Salata captures a delightful combination of various ingredients. Guests can also try Gaia’s Truffle Mushroom Peinirli. The Peinirli came to Greece in the early 20th century from Turkey and has evolved into one of Greece’s most popular street foods.
