Doha, 12 December 2023 – The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) announced that the State of Qatar has signed the DCO Charter, further strengthening the Organization’s capacity to accelerate global digital economies. H.E Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Qatar’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and the DCO Secretary-General H.E Ms. Deemah AlYahya attended the signing of the DCO Charter at the Doha Forum in Qatar earlier today.
