How to Fix Hostile Intelligence Bug in Starfield

Here is a list of known fixes from the Starfield community:

Fix 1: Fast travel and go back to Forward Base 441. Then, walk back to plant. A missing dialogue seems to be the issue. (source: 2BoiledEggs on Reddit).

Fix 2: I fast travelled back to my ship, started another mission, restarted this one and jumped out. The dialogue restarted and the mission completed. (source: ToeCutter on Reddit).

Fix 3: I walked back out past where I entered the Processing Plant and then the next steps automatically triggered. Hadrian started talking and gave me access (source: Sudden-Progress-2483 on Reddit).

Fix 4: Load an older save before getting to the planet. Talk to the commander, pickup the gear, head towards where you need to go, and the commander will talk to the robot. Let the conversation finish and follow Kaiser to the location. If you talked to Hadrian before the robot gets into position, he disappears, and he’s the one that opens the door.
