Doha, May 31 (QNA) – The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, in cooperation with Qatar University Ibn Khaldon Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, held a workshop, in the presence of HE Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem.
The workshop, which has seen the participation of scholars and preachers from the Ministry of Endowments, along with intellectuals and social researchers from Ibn Khaldon Center, discussed the most prominent challenges that hinder communication between the Islamic sciences and social sciences and discussed ways to address and activate them, and how to present practical initiatives to bridge the gap between the fields of Islamic sciences and social sciences.
